This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the deburring and trimming of sheet metal aluminum parts per Customers engineering drawings and specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform visual inspection of manufactured parts and traveler - Confirm material specifications as given on traveler - Verify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobs - Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes - Maintain specifications by troubleshooting processes and detecting malfunctions - Verify profile, pilot holes and cutouts are clean of scratches and burrs - Operate assigned hand tools such as die grinders to ensure accuracy of parts - Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requests - Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments - Meet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and quality - Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
