On-Site We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer III to support New Product Development (NPD) within our Test Engineering organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test programs for new and evolving products, with a strong emphasis on test procedure development, mechanical test system design, and customer-driven validation activities. This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, production-level test experience, and the ability to translate customer requirements into executable test procedures. Over time, this individual will have the opportunity to grow into a technical leader within NPD test engineering. Key Responsibilities u2022 Develop and execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) and Qualification Test Procedures (QTPs) u2022 Translate customer requirements into executable test plans u2022 Design test fixtures, setups, and mechanical systems u2022 Perform test data analysis and provide feedback to Design Engineering u2022 Interface with customers and cross-functional teams u2022 Support troubleshooting and validation testing Qualifications & Skills u2022 8+ years of engineering experience preferred (flexible for strong candidates) u2022 Strong mechanical aptitude and test system design experience u2022 Experience developing test procedures in a production environment u2022 Familiarity with test equipment and instrumentation u2022 Strong technical writing and communication skills u2022 Aerospace or energetics experience preferred Education Bacheloru2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered. Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 83400.00-155000.00 Is this role subject to ITAR?
