Sales Representative This is a full-time outside sales position where your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Prior to your first interaction, 80% of the work has already been done through our thorough pre-qualification processu2014setting you up for success from the start. Your primary focus will be on in-home presentations and closing sales. We handle everything else, from order processing to post-sale support. Primary Responsibilities: + Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad + Participate in ongoing weekly sales training + Design bath solutions using our software + Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis Qualifications: + Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills + Confident public speaker with strong presentation ability + Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented + Ability to work independently + Outgoing and comfortable in social settings + Previous in-home sales experience preferred + Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or Experience in the bath remodeling or home improvement industryu00a0strong plus Salary and Benefits: + $100,000+ first-year earning potential for committed team members + Industry-leading training from start to close Weu2019d love to hear from youu2014apply today We are hiring immediately and excited to grow our team.
