Participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities and supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures. Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships. Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.Monitors patient response and progress to treatment, modifying the treatment plan as appropriate.
