The Nurse Supervisor will provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, ensure compliance, and foster a strong work culture.Qualifications:* BSN Degree required* Must be a Registered Nurse with recent inpatient / acute care hospital experience (3+ year)* Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years supervisory experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, Team Lead, Coordinator, House Supervisor, or equivalent* Experience with conflict resolution, staffing, schedules, accountability for patients and staffing results, ensuring compliance, etc. * Active MA license * ACLS & BLS Certified* CRRN preferred or eligible to obtain within 1 year of hireInterested in hearing more?
