The manager partners closely with department of pediatrics leadership and the clinical leadership across ambulatory pediatrics including borth primary and specialty care. This role will lead and participate in efforts of the team to deliver high-quality, equitable, and integrated psychosocial care for children and families across the continuum of care. The position requires some travel to various sites where ambulatory care is offered.Job SummaryResponsible for managing a team of social workers, licensed mental health clinicians, community health workers and resource specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to address the psychosocial needs of individuals and families. The Social Work Manager also plays a key role in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic planning to enhance the impact of these services.Does this position require Patient Care?
