Production Technician u2013 Housing + Performing metal forming, welding, and cutting operations for drive axle housing components + Operating manufacturing equipment and selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures + Monitoring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and performing rework as needed + Following safety and operational procedures Production Technician u2013 Gearing + Operating CNC machines and integrated production cells + Working with robotic load/unload systems and auto-gauging equipment + Setting tooling, offsets, and machine parameters + Monitoring machining processes including drilling, turning, grooving, facing, and threading + Verifying product quality using precision measuring instruments Forklift Operators + Operating sit-down Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Reach Trucks safely + Picking, packing, labeling, and loading customer orders using RF scanners + Transporting and staging materials throughout the warehouse + Receiving inbound shipments and performing inventory tasks such as put-away and cycle counts + Maintaining safe and organized warehouse operations Assembly Production Technicians + Performing the necessary tasks involved in the process of assembling components required to manufacture tandem front/rear heavy-duty drive axles + Operating and adjusting manufacturing equipment + Performing tooling, fixture changes, rework and repair operations on nonconforming material & preventative maintenance on equipment + Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure quality standards What are the requirements? + Assembly candidates: at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment + Forklift candidates: a valid Driveru2019s License and at least 1 year of experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down Forklifts + Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills with a strong attention to detail + Demonstrate manual dexterity, dependability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic + Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout entire shift + Some work areas may be hot and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to safely work in these conditions and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
