As an Inbound Trader Service Specialist,youu2019llhelp clients navigate their trading and retirement accounts with confidence. Using your ability to listen deeply and uncover client needs, you will supportapproximately 30u201340 inbound client calls per day, guiding investors through trading concepts, account questions, and platform navigation with clarity and care.Youu2019llalso grow your ownexpertisethrough Schwabu2019s robust, highly respected learning programs, gaining deep knowledge in equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives (options and futures). What you have Requirements: + Series 7 and 63 licensesrequired or to be obtained as a condition of employment through Schwabu2019sformalpaidtraining. Successful candidates demonstrate: + A passion for creating positive client experiences in a fastu2011paced, callu2011centeru2011like environment through attentive listening, clear communication, and guiding clients through complex situations with patience and professionalism. + The ability to learn new concepts and systems, approaches problems thoughtfully by asking questions, following a stepu2011byu2011step process, recognizing basic patterns or risks, and working within established guidelines.
