Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description Under the direction of the Director of Employment the Employment Specialist are responsible for managing the process for internal vacancies which includes; posting of positions, reviewing bidders, communicating with internal bidders and managers, extending offers, and dispositioning candidates. Employment Specialist must have knowledge of various union contracts, non-union policies, and various benefit plans. Utilizes various systems in managing workflow: BrassRing, Lawson, Microsoft Word & Excel, Oracle/Discover Education And CredentialsHigh school diploma or equivalent. AAS degree preferred. Familiarity with various HR programs preferred. Experience 1-2 years previous office experience, preferably in Human Resources. Familiarity with various human resources programs preferred. Knowledge of union contracts preferred.Knowledge of office systems, equipment, and procedures required.
