Municipal Construction Inspector (Part-Time)

Construction Inspector - Municipal (Part Time) Location: Newark, NJ Compensation: $30-60/hr Primary Responsibilities: Perform construction inspections and material testing for stormwater management facilities, roads, land developments, wastewater collection & conveyance systems, water distribution & treatment facilities, as well as other infrastructure. Perform constructability plan reviews. Assist with construction administration. Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed. Basic Requirements: High School Diploma (or equivalent). At least four years of professional experience working in Field-based roles, preferably in Construction. This person will be expected to work in the field, so they will be required to possess a Valid Driver's License and vehicle. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Municipal Infrastructure / Wet Utility projects is a plus Strong analytical skills. Strong attention-to-detail skills with the proven ability to work with a high-level of accuracy. Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Proven ability to work in a self-motivated manner while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple assignments. Why Pennoni?
