US-Ohio-BurtonThe Operations Intern will work directly with the General Manager and site leadership to gain hands-on exposure to all functional areas of plant operations. This internship is designed to provide a holistic view of how a manufacturing business operates, with opportunities to learn across departments including safety, engineering, scheduling, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and production.The intern will support real business initiatives, assist with cross-functional projects, and participate in a structured training program aimed at developing foundational operations and leadership skills.
