In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, availability, and seamless delivery of digital course materials across company systems. You will manage catalog integrity, oversee product configuration, and support content ingestion processes to ensure timely and reliable access for both stores and customers. You will play a key role in driving the adoption of digital course material programs by developing and implementing effective tools and processes. As a subject matter resource for store teams, you will troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support and launch strategic digital initiatives. Your contributions will help strengthen the digital course materials program and support overall business growth.Serve as the primary support for stores on all digital-related inquiries and issues, including B2C and Inclusive Access (IA) programs, ensuring smooth operations and positive customer experiences.Drive the growth, maintenance, and optimization of the B2C digital catalog, ensuring accuracy, availability, and scalability.Facilitate bulk B2C digital purchases for store and campus partners, supporting revenue and adoption goals.Develop and maintain reports, operational processes, and tracking tools to monitor digital material adoption and inform decision-making.Collaborate with HQ teams and external partners, including VitalSource and publishers, to enhance and expand the digital catalog.Analyze trends and performance data related to digital materials, providing actionable insights to Academic Solutions and field teams.Support the coordination and execution of digital initiatives, including new program launches and reporting tools.Partner with First Day and First Day Complete teams to drive IA, Opt-Out, and B2C digital adoption initiatives.Produce and distribute ad-hoc reports to field and corporate teams to inform operations and strategyPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Finance, or 1-3 years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL preferred, with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented, detail-driven mindset.Quick learner with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, able to adapt, iterate, and deliver efficiently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Collaborative cross-functional partner and effective team player, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels, including management and external partners.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Occasional travel may be required.We believe your success is our success, so our benefits package is designed specifically to support you in every aspect of your life. This range represents the base salary only, in good faith at the time of posting.
