Senior HVAC Warranty Technician

Position Summary: ACE Home ServicesWe are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior HVAC Warranty Technicianto join our team at ACE. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and validating warranty claims on residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong customer service skills, and the ability to lead warranty-related investigations and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Warranty Diagnostics & Repairs:Investigate and resolve HVAC system issues covered under warranty, including mechanical, electrical, and control systems.Documentation & Reporting:Accurately document service findings, repairs, and warranty claim details.
