This is a handsu2011on role building highu2011quality recreational vehicles in a fastu2011paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble various RV components including frames, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, and interior hardware Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Perform quality checks to ensure all builds meet production standards Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly production goals Requirements Previous assembly, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to use basic hand and power tools Comfortable working in a physical environment (standing, lifting, bending) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed Experience Level: Entry - Intermediate Skills: Manufacturing/ Mechanical assembly / wire harness / cable assembly / production / technician / hand and power tools/ Electro-Mechanical Assembler Location: Northridge Pay $16-18 Shift: 1st Shift Pay and Benefits 401k + Medical + Vision + Dental + Discounts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, CA.
