Forklift Operator

Job Title: Forklift Operator Job Description As a Forklift Operator, you will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your role will involve loading and unloading shipments, moving products to proper storage areas, and maintaining accurate inventory control. Responsibilities + Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. + Load and unload shipments and move products to proper storage areas. + Verify accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments. + Report discrepancies, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet customer standards. + Maintain inventory control, assist with stock rotation, and support physical counts. + Keep equipment and work areas clean, orderly, and in compliance with OSHA/MSDS safety standards. + Perform minor equipment maintenance and complete required timecards and reports. + Coordinate with Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations. + Support facility upkeep, pallet repair, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and light assembly as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. + Experience in inventory control and material handling. + Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks. + Experience in shipping and receiving operations. + Competence in order picking and general warehouse labor. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to efficiently stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas following management and customer guidelines. Why Work Here?
