Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Outreach & Communications Support specialist to join our team in Juno Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in building relationships with property owners, ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles, and maintaining compliance with established outreach policies. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in community engagement and documentation management, who thrives in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct outreach to property owners to discuss project scope, proposed equipment placement, and gain agreement to proceed. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation of customer agreements, property acknowledgments, and project communications. u2022 Ensure compliance with approved outreach policies, procedures, and materials. u2022 Collaborate closely with the Customer Outreach Specialist or Manager to enhance community awareness initiatives. u2022 Facilitate communication throughout all stages of the project to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. u2022 Manage project-specific documentation, including easements and agreements, to ensure smooth operations. u2022 Monitor and report timesheets, expenses, and other administrative workflows in line with approved guidelines. u2022 Support onboarding processes for new team members and ensure adherence to organizational standards. u2022 Address customer inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring high-quality service delivery. u2022 Assist in validating outreach plans and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer outreach, community engagement, or communication support (6-10 years preferred). u2022 Strong skills in documentation management and adherence to policies and procedures. u2022 Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. u2022 Proficiency in managing administrative tasks such as timesheets and expense reporting. u2022 Familiarity with project management practices and tools. u2022 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. u2022 Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and maintain professionalism under pressure.
