Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global's client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This person will oversee large-scale IT operational fleet projects, but specifically will be overseeing the preplanning stages of the project. This person will need to be extremely detail oriented, organized, proven experience handling budgets of over 1M, and have worked on large scale projects that include both technical and non technical scope. This could include, but is not limited to: end user refreshes, network, POS, RFID, HVAC systems, UPS (uninterrupted power supply), and others. Main duties will include coordinating cross-team efforts, managing scope definition and scope management, and validating, justifying, approving, and reconciling budgets. This person will need to communicate effectively with senior management through discussions and formal presentations, as well as oversee the hand over to the delivery team of the project. They will be responsible for defining and driving project schedules, managing vendors, and aligning project goals with IT strategic technology and process goals.
