Description We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Elmore, Ohio. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts for both technical and skilled trade positions, contributing to the growth of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to assist with hiring across various divisions while collaborating closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. Responsibilities: u2022 Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for technical and skilled trade positions. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. u2022 Prepare and organize interview packets, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. u2022 Participate in candidate interviews and provide recommendations to hiring teams. u2022 Assist in updating and refining recruitment processes and materials. u2022 Support the HR team with recruitment-related administrative tasks. u2022 Utilize Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. u2022 Coordinate pre-employment screenings, including drug testing and background checks. u2022 Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes and team efficiency. u2022 Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring. u2022 Strong background in high-volume recruitment and corporate recruiting. u2022 Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. u2022 Prior experience in manufacturing or similar industries is a plus. u2022 Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. u2022 Comfortable working onsite in a detail-oriented setting.
