Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager Job Description We are seeking a Temporary Project Manager for a leading provider in the aerospace and defense industry. The role is based in Warminster, PA, with a hybrid work model, typically involving two days of remote work per week. This position is for a duration of 9-12 months, with the possibility of extension. Responsibilities + Oversee or assist in the execution of complex projects involving chamber construction and technical systems integration. + Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and customer communication effectively. + Ensure compliance with defense project requirements, including DPAS ratings. + Travel up to 25% if managing full programs; minimal travel required if supporting other project managers. Essential Skills + Sole U.S. citizenship for NSA compliance. + Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is preferred. + Strong technical experience in Mechanical or Systems Engineering is highly desired. + Proven program management experience, especially in construction or technical integration. + Excellent customer-facing and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with projects valued between $3-5 million. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. + Skills in budget management and risk management. + Familiarity with engineering, design, aerospace, RF, DOD, Aviation, and MIL-STD standards. Work Environment The work environment is hybrid, with an onsite requirement in Warminster, PA, and work-from-home options on Wednesdays. The position involves managing projects that vary in size from desktop-scale to half a football field, with durations ranging from 6 months to 5 years. Project values range from $700K to $6M, with some exceeding $50M. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warminster, PA.
