In this role you will: u00b7 Support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers u00b7 Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies u00b7 Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization u00b7 Support the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling u00b7 Resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, under direction of regional banking management u00b7 Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints u00b7 Receive guidance from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures u00b7 Provide excellent service to customers and individuals by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions u00b7 Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs u00b7 Motivate a diverse team to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives Required Qualifications: u00b7 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: u00b7 Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information and comprehending customer issues u00b7 Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options u00b7 Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees u00b7 Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss u00b7 Cash handling experience u00b7 Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment u00b7 Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines u00b7 Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting u00b7 Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention u00b7 Motivate others to achieve full potential and meet established business objectives Job Expectations: u00b7 Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays u00b7 This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Posting Location: u00b7 Laurinburg Main Branch - 203 Launchwood Dr. Laurinburg, NC 28352 Posting End Date: 29 Mar 2026 _Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._ We Value Equal Opportunity Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
