Weu2019re seeking a skilled Experimental Procurement Specialist to join our Horicon team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong purchasing background who thrive in a dynamic and hands-on manufacturing environment. Position Overview: As an Experimental Procurement Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for procuring experimental and prototype parts, managing relationships with suppliers, and supporting sourcing activities. Youu2019ll coordinate with the factory to track, label, and stage inventory, and ensure efficient part flow for ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities: + Procure experimental/prototype parts for manufacturing and engineering teams + Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and sourcing options + Request, receive, and analyze quotes from suppliers + Issue purchase orders and track order progress through delivery + Communicate order status and resolve any issues with suppliers or internal teams + Collaborate with the factory to label, store, and stage incoming parts + Track and maintain experimental part inventory Required Skills & Experience: + 2u20133 years minimum (4u20135 years preferred) procurement or purchasing experience + Experience in procurement, quote requests, and supplier/source identification/selection + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on, shop floor environment Additional Information: + 100% onsite position in Horicon, WI + Opportunity to work closely with engineering, factory, and supplier teams Interview Process First round: Phone screen Second round: 1-hour Teams interview As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
