Position Overview We are seeking a detailu2011oriented and customeru2011focused Customer Service Representative to support our growing manufacturing and sales operation. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal teamsu2014managing inquiries, quotes, orders, and CRM updates to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing CSR or sales support experience who enjoys working in a closeu2011knit, collaborative team and is looking to grow within a fastu2011paced organization. Key Responsibilities + Field and professionally handle inquiries from customers, dealers, and vendors + Provide quotes and pricing information to customers + Process quotes and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner + Acknowledge and communicate backorders and short shipments promptly + Keep customers informed of quote and order status proactively + Update CRM with complete and accurate information for full project visibility + Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure onu2011time shipment of customer orders + Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating root causes and providing thoughtful responses + Produce and distribute weekly and/or monthly quote and sales reports as requested + Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally + Monitor service standards and escalate concerns with proposed resolution strategies when needed Qualifications Required + 1+ year of experience in manufacturing customer service or sales support + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Effective prioritization and timeu2011management skills + Experience working with an ERP system (Business Central preferred) + Experience using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) Work Environment + Fully onsite position in a small, tightu2011knit team of 6u20137 people + Highly collaborative environment where personality, attitude, and teamwork matter + Handsu2011on training with leadership that is actively involved dayu2011tou2011day + Strong team cultureu2014including regular team lunches and teamu2011building activities + Company is transitioning from a small familyu2011owned business to a growing midu2011sized organization Why Join Us? + Competitive salary and benefits package + Opportunity for professional growth and internal development + Supportive, teamu2011oriented culture + Make a real impact by delivering outstanding customer service every day Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhorn, WI.
