Paintline associate

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Paintline associate to join their team. As a Paintline associate, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and finishing of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Paintline associate Location: Clare, MI Pay Range: $16.50 to $17.50 (depending on shift) Shift: 1st shift: 8 am to 4 pm (Monday thru Friday) 2nd shift: 4 pm to 12 am (Monday thru Friday) overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time and can be heavy including Saturdays What's the Job? + Apply coats of paint to products according to work orders and blueprints + Prepare surfaces by removing rust, imperfections, and ensuring cleanliness + Assemble basic products such as Z-legs, logos, and stickers as required + Maintain a clean and safe work environment through weekly equipment and area maintenance + Assist with color changes and support assembly of more complex products under supervision What's Needed? + High School diploma or equivalent REQUIRED + Basic math skills and ability to read a measuring tape + Ability to measure and mix paint accurately + Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly + Willingness to work in a fast-paced, active environment using hand tools What's in it for me? + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment + Hands-on experience with industrial painting and assembly processes + Potential for growth and skill development within the company + Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
