What Youu2019ll Do In this role, youu2019ll support both shipping and receiving functions while maintaining accurate inventory records. Your day will include: + Monitoring and maintaining the user interface to correct receiving, picking, and shipping errors + Documenting discrepancies and updating reports + Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve inbound issues + Using various websites and systems to complete transactions + Generating cycle count lists and supporting inventory accuracy + Documenting outbound shipments and tracking shipmentu2011related errors + Coordinating truck arrivals for picku2011ups and dropu2011offs + Working closely with warehouse staff and supervisors to support production flow This is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of computer work, communication, and handsu2011on coordination. ? What You Bring + Strong computer skills + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.) + Analytical ability to review data and make accurate inventory adjustments + Excellent attention to detail + Clear communication skills + Ability to work well in a team environment ? Preferred Experience + 6 monthsu20131 year of inventory or warehouse experience, or a solid work history + Familiarity with RF scanners, shipping, receiving, kitting, repack, and auditing + Experience with FedEx systems and SAP + Steelu2011toed shoes/boots required ?
