Project Delivery Manager- Design Studio

Job Description A customer is seeking a remote Program Delivery Manager to support Design Studio and Organizational Reporting projects. - This role will be split 50/50 between reporting and delivery projects for the XDS team and leading organizational transformation projects across the Experience Design organization. - Support reporting and delivery projects for the Experience Design Studio (XDS) at 50% capacity, ensuring efficient project execution and alignment with organizational goals - Standardize Jira reporting processes and templates, ensuring consistency and reliability across all design and delivery projects - Lead executive storytelling initiatives by preparing and delivering impactful, data-driven presentations and reports to leadership and stakeholders - Assemble project plans and assignments, direct and monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and manage issues as needed. - Lead cross-team communication strategies to ensure alignment between technology partners, designers, and stakeholders throughout project phases - Can pay $55-60/h We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
