Job Description We are seeking a proactive problem solver to join our team as a Wireless Incident Process Engineer with a strong foundation in network engineering to support WiFi Operations. This engineer will possess 5-10 years experience in a technical engineering/operating role support of end-to-end carrier-grade WiFi networks. Hands-on experience with modern WiFi network elements including Wireless Access Gateway (WAG), Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) function, WiFi controllers, firewalls, switches, routers, and access points. A person with a positive, high energy, and competitive mindset who is ready to demonstrate high quality, high efficiency network delivery of optimized change management process. Job Responsibilities: u2022Review new network delivery plans for hardware, software, and firmware planned for implementation into the carrier-grade WiFi network. u2022 Write and/or review MOPs to ensure smooth network release process. u2022 Provide feedback to network engineering and planning teams to improve handover and implementation. u2022 Define intake requirements and templates for each department vertical submitting to Release Mgmt u2022 Define process for reject and correct scenarios related to Release Mgmt Intake u2022 Assist in prioritizing network release planning to ensure adequate time and resources. This position is a contract to extension/hire opportunity paying between $52-$58/hr. This position will be hybrid 4 days a week onsite in Englewood, CO.
