Vendor Onboarding Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist within its Facilities Hub team, which supports clients with geographically dispersed portfolios. This role centers on vendor sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, while also assisting with contract compliance and administrative coordination. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with phone communication and online tools, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Primary duties u2003u2022 High-volume outbound calling to vendors u2003u2022 Persuading vendors to join our program u2003u2022 Following up to collect required documents (insurance, compliance, etc.) u2003u2022 Handing off completed vendor packages to internal teams Not a sourcing or administrative HR role u2014 this is a sales-style outreach and onboarding role with compliance follow-through. Compensation: $18/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
