Kelly services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for a Administrative Assistant. Please apply with your 2026 resume if you are interested. + Pay: $23 per hour + Shift: 7:30 - 3:30pm Key Responsibilities + Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between departments and staff. Manage multi-departmental projects and act as group leader to assign daily tasks. + General Administration: Schedule customer shipments, obtain quotes from freight companies and suppliers, and handle phone/email communications. + Documentation & Data Management: Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain databases and filing systems. + Operational Support: Schedule service vendors; track customer and vendor relationships; process invoices and manage expense reports. + Project & Event Management: Assist with special projects, organize company events, and prepare agendas. + Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications + Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role, with demonstrated experience working across multiple teams and departments (e.g., sales, finance, production, purchasing). + Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Teams, and SharePoint. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills for handling internal and external inquiries. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple and competing priorities.
