Job Title: Production Associate Job Description In this role, you will be involved in production and machine operation, specifically focusing on metal stamping presses, automated machinery, and assembly stations. Your key duties will include loading and unloading parts, feeding raw materials, and stacking finished components while ensuring the machines operate smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities + Operate or assist in operating metal stamping presses, automated machinery, or assembly stations. + Load and unload parts, feed raw materials, and stack finished components. + Monitor machines for proper operation and report any issues immediately. + Maintain steady production flow and meet hourly/daily output requirements. + Package finished products according to work instructions. + Move material using carts, totes, or pallet jacks as needed. + Assist with changeovers, tooling setups, and basic machine adjustments depending on skill level. + Complete production logs, labels, and any required documentation. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of MOUNT STERLING, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
