Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future. The Workday Student Technical Lead will contribute to the delivery and ongoing support of Workday Student solutions for our clients. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing handsu2011on leadership across Workday Student modules and advising on the application of technical tools to support functional requirements. The Technical Lead will partner closely with functional and delivery teams to address complex technical challenges, support client needs, and ensure the delivery of highu2011quality, scalable Workday Student solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Workday Student, including Studio and BIRT, along with a strong ability to apply technical solutions across Student modules to meet client and business objectives. Required + Minimum 3u20135 years of proven experience in roles directly implementing or supporting Workday Student, with handsu2011on technical ownership across Student modules (e.g., Student Core, Curriculum, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Academic Advising). + Demonstrated experience serving as a technical subject matter expert, applying Workday Studio and BIRT to design, develop, and support integrations, reports, and technical solutions within Workday Student. + 3u20135 years of experience analyzing requirements, producing technical and functional specifications, conducting unit and system testing, troubleshooting complex issues, and interfacing directly with functional teams and business stakeholders. + Strong ability to translate Workday Student functional requirements into scalable technical solutions using delivered and custom Workday tools. + Bacheloru2019s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent relevant work experience. + No travel required, unless requested by the client. Preferred Skills & Experience + Holds an active Workday Certification, with Workday Student certification strongly preferred. + Prior experience supporting Workday Student in AMS / PPS / Managed Services environments, including Tier 3 client support. + Must have experience with Workday Studio and BIRT, including designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations and reports supporting Student processes. + Experience supporting medium to largeu2011scale Workday Student implementations or postu2011production environments. + Demonstrated experience applying technical solutions across multiple Student modules, understanding crossu2011module dependencies and downstream impacts. + Experience with automation, integrations, and data flows within Workday Student, including inbound and outbound interfaces. + Strong proficiency with Excel, including data analysis, reconciliation, and support of testing and conversion activities. + Prior team leadership or people management experience, including mentoring junior consultants, delegating work, reviewing deliverables, and coaching team members. The estimated base salary range for this job is $135,000 - $165,000 (USD). The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huronu2019s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huronu2019s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $162,000 - $198,000 (USD). The job is also eligible to participate in Huronu2019s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
