About the role As a Senior QA Analyst with Healthcare Claims experience , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and accuracy of Medicaid and Medicare claims processing systems. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare QA team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, developers, and client partners to deliver reliable, compliant claims solutions. This is a client-facing role where your expertise in claims testing, particularly within Medicaid environments, will directly support missionu2011critical healthcare operations.. In this role, you will: u2022 Perform end-to-end Medicaid and Medicare claims testing using platforms such as QNXT and HRP u2022 Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test scenarios u2022 Execute manual and automated test cases to validate claims adjudication and benefits configuration u2022 Identify, log, and track defects through resolution while ensuring testing milestones are met u2022 Drive and actively participate in daily stand-up calls, coordinating with cross-functional and client teams Work model: We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this roleu2019s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at a Cognizant or client office in Hartford, CT. What you need to have to be considered u2022 6+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles u2022 Hands-on experience with Claims Xten (CXT) supporting Aetna Medicaid Claims (mandatory) u2022 Strong background in manual testing with proven experience in commercial claims testing u2022 Experience working with TriZetto QNXT and healthcare claims platforms u2022 Solid understanding of Medicare and Medicaid claims processing and benefits configuration u2022 Knowledge of test design techniques and experience supporting automation testing This will help you stand out u2022 Experience with Aetna ACAS claims testing u2022 Provider domain knowledge within healthcare claims environments u2022 Prior experience working directly with clients in a delivery or consulting model u2022 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 10th, 2026 The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to 92,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
