Hereu2019s what the opportunity supported through our TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) Talent Acquisition Team requires: Position Overview One North is in search of a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting to our Director of Marketing, you will lead and participate in collaborative efforts with several cross-functional teams to conceptualize, produce, and execute content, events and webinars, digital strategy, and sales enablement efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong grounding in content and a passion for writing and producing marketing and sales materials and thought leadership. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for creating a monthly analysis of the effectiveness of ongoing marketing programs. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee the relationship with One Northu2019s social PR agency. This position is required to be onsite 2 days per week at our downtown Chicago office. Responsibilities u00b7 Create compelling and engaging contentu2014including website copy, blog posts, case studies, sales enablement materials, articles, social media, research reports, white papers, and webinars/presentationsu2014across multiple platforms and manage the content creation process. u00b7 Organize and execute editorial brainstorming and planning sessions and manage our annual editorial calendar. u00b7 Assist with the execution of successful tradeshows, roadshows, sponsorships, and other thought leadership events, including One Northu2019s annual client event, The Assembly. u00b7 Develop materials for One Northu2019s client-facing eventsu2014invitations, presentation content, social toolkits, and post-event content. u00b7 Collaborate with speakers on webinar or event/tradeshow presentations and panels. u00b7 Partner with the sales and enablement teams to understand and deliver on sales enablement content needs, including playbooks, brochures, and battlecards. u00b7 Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts and collaborate with them to create content on various topics. u00b7 Work closely with designers, motion graphics artists, and other stakeholders to ensure the compelling delivery of final marketing assets. u00b7 Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metricsu2014such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversions as well as sales activity, opportunities, and won revenueu2014and make data-driven recommendations for future marketing and content efforts. u00b7 Support website content and ongoing updates, working with internal technology and design partners to ensure content is current, effective, and aligned to marketing objectives. u00b7 Assist with internal communications efforts, including crisis/emergency communications efforts in support of One Northu2019s hosting business. u00b7 Research industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities. u00b7 Keep informed of industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving marketing formats to enhance future content marketing initiatives. u00b7 Operate as a highly autonomous marketing generalist, capable of managing complex projects, coordinating multiple contributors, and u201crolling up sleevesu201d in a small, fast-moving team environment. Skills & Qualifications u00b7 5 or more years of professional marketing or content marketing experience u00b7 BA/BS in Marketing or Journalism, or combination of experience and education in related area u00b7 Great at telling a story using words, images, or audio and understands how to create content, digital experiences, and marketing materials that draw an audience u00b7 MUST be self-motivated and proactiveu2014with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentu2014while managing complex marketing programs u00b7 Works seamlessly across teams and disciplines u00b7 Has a clear understanding of the business goal behind marketing programs u00b7 Strong communication and project management skills a MUST, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines u00b7 Ability to u201cmanage up
