Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in providing hands-on technical assistance and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist in the installation, setup, and maintenance of computer systems and hardware. u2022 Respond to IT-related inquiries and provide solutions to technical issues via phone or in-person support. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. u2022 Carry and deliver equipment to designated locations within the facility as needed. u2022 Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of user concerns. u2022 Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and permissions effectively. u2022 Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support for common software and hardware issues. u2022 Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless migration to Windows 11. u2022 Document technical processes and solutions to improve future support efforts. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Active Directory for user account management. u2022 Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11. u2022 Ability to perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. u2022 Familiarity with managing and resolving service desk tickets. u2022 Physical ability to transport computer equipment within the worksite. u2022 Completion of an on-site IT bootcamp or equivalent training program. u2022 Strong communication skills to effectively assist users with technical concerns. u2022 0-1 years of experience in an IT support role or a related field.
