JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity at our LaweStreet branch in Appleton for a Part-Time Teller The Teller creates apositive first impression and establishes strong member relationships,processes member transactions, and assists members with accountmaintenance and problem resolution. The primary responsibilities of theTeller role include but are not limited to: Promoting and upholding theFox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values Processing basic and advancedmember transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately,and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution Buildingmember relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overalleducation, suggesting products and services, and directing members toother credit union representatives as appropriate Candidates for theTeller position should possess: One to twelve months of similar orrelated experience is a plus Previous cash handling or teller experienceis preferred Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plusExcellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communicationskills Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays Workingknowledge of computers and ten-key data entry skills required Theability to speak and translate fluent Spanish and English is preferred.Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will includeSaturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in ateam and results oriented environment.
