Job Summary The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owningand leading the product strategy and lifecycle for designated productlines, with a strong focus on profitability, growth, and longterm marketsuccess. This role drives crossfunctional alignment across Sales,Marketing, Finance, Operations, and key external partners to executebusiness strategies, optimize financial performance, and deliverdifferentiated solutions that meet customer and market needs. The SeniorProduct Manager serves as a subjectmatter expert and strategic advisorfor assigned product lines. Essential Functions Lead the development,execution, and continuous refinement of product line business strategiesand multiyear plans aligned with company financial and growthobjectives. Own sales, margin, and profitability performance forassigned product lines and associated general ledger (GL) codes. Conductand synthesize advanced market, customer, and competitive research toinform product positioning, pricing strategies, and portfolio decisions.Develop comprehensive competitive analyses and value propositions,translating insights into actionable product and sales strategies.Partner closely with Marketing to define gotomarket strategies, productlaunches, messaging, and promotional plans for new, existing, andemerging products. Serve as a senior presales and solution resource,supporting complex customer projects through specification review,solution design, and development of bills of materials. Collaborate withSales, Customer Service, and Account Management to align productstrategy with customer needs, sales initiatives, and regional growthplans. Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic vendor and manufacturerpartnerships, including product roadmaps, pricing alignment, and jointgrowth opportunities. Lead the design and delivery of technical andproduct training for internal teams and external customers to supportadoption and sales effectiveness.
