For more information, visit SolomonEdwardsPosition Summary:The Resource Manager (RM) oversees the Resource Management function supporting their assigned sales team at Solomon Edwards Group (SEG). This role is responsible for ensuring seamless consultant onboarding, accurate project financial management, and consistent operational execution across the portfolio.The RM is highly hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and brings strong operational judgment to evolving priorities. Essential Duties:_Consultant Lifecycle& Compliance_u00b7 Manage onboarding for new employees and project consultants, including background check monitoring through equipment logistics.u00b7 Conduct onboarding calls with new consultants to introduce our firm, set expectations, and train on time/expense reporting.u00b7 Support consultants with questions related to payroll, contracts, and processes.u00b7 Ensure full compliance across contracts, payroll, and employment requirements._Project& Financial Operations_u00b7 Process and approve weekly timesheets and expense reports.u00b7 Create and maintain projects in Cloud Coach (timekeeping and project financials) and JobScience (ATS/CRM), reviewing pay/bill rates and revenue forecast, for the assigned team to ensure accuracy.u00b7 Track project financials, purchase orders (POs), and forecasts to ensure alignment with budgets and bill rates.u00b7 Handle client onboarding and system setup (VMS, procurement, due diligence documentation).u00b7 Validate invoices for accuracy and timeliness._Analytics& Reporting_u00b7 Build and analyze Excel-based reports (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, text-to-columns, formulas).u00b7 Generate management reports in ATS/CRM on billable hours, revenue, and forecast health.u00b7 Identify trends, data gaps, and opportunities to improve process efficiency.Qualifications:u00b7 3+ years of related work experience.u00b7 Intermediate Excel skillsu00b7 Experience working with ATS/CRM and operational systems (e.g., Cloud Coach, JobScience, Salesforce, Bullhorn) strongly preferred.u00b7 Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or staffing environments preferred.u00b7 Strong analytical mindset with high standards for data accuracy.u00b7 Clear, confident communicator with the ability to interact with consultants and internal leaders.u00b7 Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities.Travel Requirements: Limited travel (1-2 times a year). As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training.
