Sr. Associate (Small Molecules & Oligonucleotides) We are seeking a skilled Analytical Chemist / Laboratory Analyst to support ongoing research and development activities by performing routine and advanced analyses using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handsu2011on laboratory work, solving complex analytical challenges, and supporting process development through highu2011quality data generation. The ideal candidate will bring strong problemu2011solving abilities, excellent technical judgment, and a proactive approach to optimizing laboratory operations, analytical methods, and instrumentation performance. Key Responsibilities + Perform handsu2011on sample preparation and analytical testing for inu2011process, lotu2011release, and stability samples, focusing on synthetic small molecules and/or oligonucleotides. + Execute routine analyses using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, including but not limited to RPLC and related separation methods. + Organize, analyze, and document experimental data following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) using an electronic laboratory notebook system. + Support process development teams by providing clear, concise analytical results and data summaries. + Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation and assist in optimizing methods for improved accuracy, reproducibility, and system performance. + Contribute to maintaining an efficient, compliant, and wellu2011organized laboratory environment. + Perform additional duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following education/experience combinations: + Masteru2019s degree + OR + Bacheloru2019s degree + 2 years of experience + OR + Associate degree + 4 years of experience + OR + High school diploma/GED + 6 years of experience Preferred Qualifications + Masteru2019s degree or higher in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or Engineering. + 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. + Handsu2011on experience with chromatographic techniques, especially Reversedu2011Phase Liquid Chromatography (RPLC). + Proficiency with the Waters Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS) for data acquisition and processing. + Experience working with oligonucleotides, synthetic small molecules, or other complex modalities. + Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently resolve analytical and instrumental issues. + Proven ability to work under regulated laboratory practices and maintain highu2011quality documentation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
