You will be the primary advisor to the COO and General Counsel, ensuring the company is protected through meticulous compliance, sophisticated policy management, and expert-level benefits administration.You will lead the charge on FMLA, policy enforcement, and HR procedures. You aren't just following rules; you are advising senior management on how to mitigate risk and handle sensitive employee issues.You will own the payroll cycle for the entire company.
