Licensed Plumbers are paid on a commission basis. Why join our team: We care for our employees' well-being and structure our company so that our front-line employees are rewarded appropriately for their hard work.- Uncapped Pay Potential- Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance- Disability and Term Life Insurance- Matching 401(k)- On-going training & development and growth opportunities- Paid Holidays- Paid Time Off (PTO)What you will do:- - Install and repair plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures - Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations - Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business - Maintain your truck so that it is always neat and clean on the inside and outside - Work alongside Customer Service and Dispatch team to ensure overall success of the business - Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed - Always be safety conscious both on the job and while driving - Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats - Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations Who you are:- 3-5 Years Plumbing experience preferred- Plumbing license (required)- Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures- Good communication and interpersonal skillsWho we are: We are a family-owned and operated company with a small business feel but large business size, growth, and stability.
