The New Milford center is a large outpatient rehabilitationfacilitywith premier visability in the Brook Chester shopping center. Currently, the clinic employs 2 physical therapists, 2 office administrators, and 1 rehabilitation technician. All ofthe staffwork collectively as a team to provide the utmost quality care to its patients. Treatment populations include a wide variety of general orthopedics, post-surgical, and neuro patients. Facilitates team dynamics and efficient facility functions.Center Manager is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business.Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center; identifies key indicators and influences upon them.Communicates with Regional Director on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy.Current and valid NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.A minimum of three years’ experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience required.Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
