Ability to work in various inclement weather conditions. Responsibility of ensuring our passengers and luggage are transported safely between the terminal and aircraft.Responsible for operating vehicles in various weather and visibility conditionsVehicles are driven in areas congested with aircraft, as well as moving and stationary vehicles and equipmentWho we are looking for?Requirements:Minimum age of 18.Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license; some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.Willing and able to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, and days offFlexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessaryPossess the legal right to work in the United States.Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language.One year of previous customer service experience preferred.Previous working experience transporting passengers preferred.Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand Spanish (in some locations) preferred.Must be able to perform all duties under sometimes stressful conditions beyond the employee's control while attempting to influence a favorable impression of American Eagle, American Airlines or any other contracted airline service provided by Envoy.Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
