Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 7 years of experience in employee relations/investigations, gained in either an HRBP role, Employee Relations Advisory role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law. Preferred qualifications: + Experience establishing best practices and knowledge management for investigation protocols and Human Resources (HR) compliance issues. + Experience in employee relations, employment law, or ethics and compliance. + Experience establishing domain expertise, exercising initiative, and using judgment across multiple workstreams to influence organizational goals. + Experience in project and program management, with the ability to influence leadership and manage cross-functional stakeholders. + Ability to synthesize information and persuasively convey recommendations to stakeholders through written and verbal communication. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintain diplomacy, and influence stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and international teams.
