Description: You will be the THAAD Production Operations Acceleration Project Team Member for the Munitions Acceleration Project Team. Our team drives production throughput and equipment integration across nine Lockheed Martin sites. What You Will Be Doing As the THAAD Production Operations Acceleration Project Team Member you will be responsible for leading equipment rollu2011outs and delivering datau2011driven efficiency improvements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Own the endu2011tou2011end rollout of equipment from procurement through installation, verification, and rampu2011up. + Develop and manage detailed project schedules and risk registers, ensuring milestones are met on time and within cost. + Analyze line performance, identify bottlenecks, and create datau2011driven improvement plans. + Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Safety, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders. + Champion a continuousu2011improvement culture by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices. Basic Qualifications: - Bacheloru2019s degree - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, reports management, metrics tracking and ability to work multiple high-pressure tasks at the same time - Knowledge of cost, schedule, quality and safety in a production environment - Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) - Ability to travel domestic and/or international - Secret Clearance Desired Skills: - Project management training, experience and successful track record - Experience with IAMD products - Strong Business Acumen - Proposal development experience; Basis of Estimate (BOE) development - Control Account Management trained and understanding of earned value management system processes and procedures - Control Account Manager (CAM)/Earned Value Management experience - Risk identification and management experience - Ability to apply analytics to understand key process drivers and integrate across teams to drive implementation of solutions (including providing information that enables quick and accurate decision making for execution teams and leadership) - Experience leading multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment with internal and external customers - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing goals and objectives across large geographical regions - Demonstrates Full Spectrum Leadership skills Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
