Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician The Maintenance Technician will play a critical role in the paint line department, focusing on a mix of electrical and mechanical tasks. This role involves general maintenance, machine repair, and installation of plastic injection molding machines. Responsibilities + Perform general maintenance and machine repair of plastic injection molding machines. + Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on equipment. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, motors, gears, air systems, conveyor lines, cylinders, and valves. + Execute machine rigging tasks. + Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v 3 phase, 240v, and 120v, including Fanuc robots, drives, relays, control panels, and motors. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Perform MIG and Stick welding on equipment. + Troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC systems.
