Description We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support healthcare initiatives in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract position that requires strong analytical skills and a focus on fraud detection and prevention. Responsibilities: u2022 Conduct detailed data analyses to identify patterns of suspected fraud and anomalies in healthcare systems. u2022 Develop and implement fraud detection models using advanced analytics tools and techniques. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate potential fraudulent activities and propose actionable solutions. u2022 Utilize platforms such as Epics and Chartmaxx to extract and analyze data effectively. u2022 Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to present findings and support decision-making. u2022 Monitor ongoing healthcare operations to ensure compliance with anti-fraud protocols. u2022 Optimize data workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fraud analytics and healthcare data analysis. u2022 Provide recommendations to improve system integrity and prevent future fraudulent activities. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in data analysis, particularly in fraud detection and prevention. u2022 Strong knowledge of fraud analytics methodologies and anti-fraud strategies. u2022 Proficiency in using tools such as Epics and Chartmaxx for data extraction and analysis. u2022 Ability to conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud cases. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights. u2022 Strong communication skills to present complex findings to stakeholders. u2022 Familiarity with healthcare systems and operations is highly preferred. u2022 Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
