Cleanroom Technician

Job Title: Cleanroom Technician Pay: $21/hour Shift: Morning Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our team. This position offers a flexible starting time, allowing you to work Monday through Friday with start times ranging from 5 am to 11 am. As a Cleanroom Technician, you will be responsible for the inspection, repair, and refurbishment of machines, ensuring they meet our performance standards. Responsibilities + Document incoming and outgoing machines using software applications such as Oracle, Tulip, and Microsoftu00ae Office. + Inspect incoming machines for necessary repairs, upgrades, or damage. + Repair machines by replacing or repairing circuit boards, mechanical sub-assemblies, and discrete components. + Refurbish machines by replacing worn components and cleaning exterior covers. + Perform final testing of repaired or refurbished machines. + Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts. + Meet key performance indicators, goals, and objectives. + Support the departmentu2019s Operational Excellence journey by finding new and effective ways of working, deploying lean initiatives, and supporting related Continuous Improvement projects. Essential Skills + Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at a designated repair facility. + Diagnosing issues and performing repairs using test equipment. + Experience in repairing devices related to the industry. + At least 6 months of experience in repairing.
