Entry-level TriZetto Infrastructure Support Analyst Team: CIS-TriZetto Position Overview This position will provide hosting operations support for all System/Application related up/down enterprise management activities & network-related within the Data Center and remote customer locations. This position will require strong technical skills infrastructure along with customer interaction to coordinate operations & configuration activities. Key Responsibilities u00b7 MS Azure Fundamentals u00b7 MS Azure Data Fundamental u00b7 Understand ITSM / ITIL process u00b7 Following Agile practices (stand-ups, demos, backlog grooming) u00b7 Write clear status updates and documentation u00b7 Participate in peer Implementation/configuration reviews and learning sessions u00b7 Work on day-to-day CTASKs & TRTs completion activities u00b7 Monitor and check tickets in queue & take defined action u00b7 Understand Windows or Linux with strong skills in the other platform u00b7 Knowledge of the entire technology stack: Compute, Storage, VMware, Networking, Database, Monitoring etc. u00b7 Understand scripting background, ITIL Processes, ability to drive the project E2E with apt work pressure handling for deadlines, ability to coordinately work with different teams to complete the project u00b7 Configure, administer, and operate highly scalable, available, and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices using Microsoft Azure and other Cloud service providers u00b7 Basic scripting knowledge u2013 PowerShell, Python. etc u00b7 Understand Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning operational Practices u00b7 Understand working on solutions ServiceNow, Solarwinds, Pure Storage, Commvault, u00b7 MS SCOM, SPLUNK and many other related tools u00b7 Help SMEs for design and develop professionalu2013quality scripts and supporting documentation that deploys resource stacks in an automated repeatable fashion u00b7 Work in enterprise configuration for UNIX & Windows infrastructure operations u00b7 Manage and maintain the implementation to support customer activities u00b7 Analyze data collected by the enterprise platforms u00b7 Administer Cloud environment from the Azure command line and the Web portal u00b7 Provide operating system server administration in a virtualized Cloud environment (Windows & Linux) Preferred Qualifications Education: u00b7 Minimum of High School diploma and/or an Associates or Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field Certifications: u00b7 PowerShell/Python Introduction Certification u00b7 AL/ML related certifications u00b7 CompTIA Storage+ certification u00b7 Microsoft Certification for Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate u00b7 CompTIA Network+ certification u00b7 Microsoft Certification for Azure Database Administrator Associate Location New hires will be hired at the Cognizant office in Englewood, CO where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates delivering technology solutions. The annual salary for this position is $65,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
