Job Description The Quality Manager oversees all quality assurance processes within the plastics manufacturing facility to ensure products meet internal and customer specifications. This role leads rootu2011cause analyses, develops continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Manager also partners closely with production leadership to drive quality culture, reduce defects, and optimize operational efficiency.
