Warehouse Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Warehouse Operator Location: Four Oaks, NC Pay Range: $18-$19.25 (dependant on shift and position) Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available What's the Job? + Operate various equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the facility. + Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials handled. + Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency. + Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment. + Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents promptly. What's Needed? + Previous forklift experience is required. + High school diploma or equivalent is required for some positions. + Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations. + Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors. + Physical ability to lift and move over 50 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, stooping, and reaching.
