As a Contract Bilingual Onboarding Associate you willu2026 + Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments. + Manage client requirements for onboarding (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc). + Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance). + Serve as contact for contractor questions and facilitate communication with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution. + Assist with contractor payroll by confirming missed punches, coordinating supervisor approval of timecards, and entering new hires into the UKG system. + Support the Onu2011Premise Manager with newu2011hire orientations and onsite facility tours.
